*Shoebetcha - My rule is, if im buying Jordan's off Ebay, make sure the seller has feedback, and not just any feedback. Make sure the seller you are buying them from has positive feedback only, and at least one person that recieved kicks from him/her has something good to say about the shoes, ex. "Authentic shoes, fast shipping, good Ebayer". This will make you feel more comfortable when buying them. Here is some pics i did for you so you can tell the fake J 3's from the real ones. Hopefully this helps.

Eventually i'll try to get through most of the Jordan's, posting up visuals of them and the difference between real and fake ones.

Notice on the fakes, in the middle, the 'patent leather' cuts up sharper than the authentic pair, making an almost triangle type shape.

Towards the back of the shoe the 'leather' on the fake pair cuts up higher.

In the very front you can see the 'leather' part starting to look creased. These have never been worn btw.

And yes, that really IS a backwards jumpman.





On the fakes, the '23' on the back is more condensed than on the authentic pair.





The color difference on the bottom is pretty obvious. The carbon fiber material that is one of the reasons this is such an amazing pairof shoes is also non-existent in the fake pair.







Notice the difference on the tongues as well as the very front.

Also, you can see the different materials used on the tongue. The authentic pair has a thicker, textured material as where the fake pair
is just a thin, cheap cloth material.

i have a questions on some 4's.

I've noticed that some 4's have the jumpman on the back heel and some have the nike w/ swoosh on it. also some have a jump man on the bottom and nike on the bottom.

examples notice the heels in jamies post and the heels in shoebetcha's. can someone clear this up. im starting to have an interest in nikes and am on the verge of making a purchase but i want to be educated before i make them. thanks.

Beside fake Elephant material look cheap and made of plastic with wrong color stitching used. Stitching is horrible with lines does not curved as the legit supposed to be.

For any AJ shoes on legit check a visible, clear and good close up pictures are needed.

Quick legit check on AJ 5 are to spot the toe box, back heel embroidery, lace hole tab, collar and tongue beside the normal check on the shoes shape, box tag, inside tag and etc.,

- Height of toe box is lower n flat
- Inner red lining covers over the top of shoe collar
- Perimeter of shoe lace holder are conceal with good workmanship
- Back heel embroidery Nike n Swoosh logo are bigger and wider
- Insole color black with white printing of Nike n Swoosh logo
- Inner red lining of tongue hidden
- Mesh hole bigger n longer

Fake

- Height of the toe box is higher and more vertical
- Inner red lining stopped at the edge of the shoes collar and not cover over the top of the shoe collar
- Perimeters of shoe lace holder are exposing and not conceal with bad stitching workmanship. Flush with upper shoes.
- Back heel embroidery smaller and narrower
- Insole color red with black printing of Nike n Swoosh logo
- Inner red lining of tongue exposing and bad sewing thus making the tongue to be fatter.
- Mesh hole smaller and shorter.
